When we talk about repentance, it is not only relevant to unbelievers, it applies to us as well.

Why should we repent?
1. Because of the accuser of the bretheren: the enemy will always have a ground to accuse us before God if we don’t repent – Zechariah 3:1.


Why should we repent?
2. The enemy will seek to afflict us – 1 Peter 5:8

Why should we repent?
3. Lack of repentance gives the enemy the legal right to afflict – Isaiah 49:24-25


Why should we repent?
4. Lack of genuine repentance causes stagnation -Deueteronomy 1:6-7; 2:3
